Adam Weltz, PhD
Adam Weltz is Criterion’s President and CEO. Adam brings technical expertise and a scientific background along with experience with government acquisition, program management, and leadership.

Kenneth Marrama
Ken serves as Criterion’s Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Ken is responsible for ensuring the financial well-being of the company. Ken works with the executive team to establish strategic goals for Criterion’s departments.

Michael Sanders
Mike serves as Criterion’s Vice President of Operations. He provides support and leadership to our Industrial Hygienists, Environmental Scientists and support staff. Mike has been an environmental consultant and senior managers in the Tri-State area for over 30 years.

Kara Weekly
Kara is Criterion's Laboratory Director and is responsible for aligning the lab's objectives with strategic priorities. Kara leads a team of scientists that execute a diverse set of analytical methods in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and accreditations. Kara has over 13 years working in water/wastewater labs and continues to be an environmental steward.

Paul Davis
Paul is Criterion’s Human Resources Director and is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to deliver human resource solutions in alignment with Criterion’s strategic needs. Paul has over 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting organizations of all sizes in the public and private spaces.
