Criterion's Data Packages for Drinking Water Analysis
Applicable to Residential Customers (Non-Compliance Sample Reporting)
All samples analyzed by Criterion’s laboratory come standard with a report including the analytical results for all samples listed on the Chain of Custody (CoC).
Criterion also offers supplemental data packages with additional levels of detail:
Level 1 Data Package (Standard)
All reports come with standard Level 1 Data Package, which includes the analytical results listed on a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) or Results report form and CoC documents.
Level 2 Data Package
The report includes all elements of a Level 1 Data Package, plus basic batch Quality Control (QC) results.
There is a $50.00 fee and an additional 1 Week Turnaround Time for a Level 2 Data Package
Level 3 Data Package
The report includes all elements of a Level 2 Data Package, plus all instrument raw data and chromatograms.
There is a $100.00 fee and an additional 2 Week Turnaround Time for a Level 3 Data Package
