This four-day (32 hour) training program is inclusive of the worker training, providing additional information about contract specifications, legal and insurance considerations, record keeping and supervisory techniques required to successfully complete a lead abatement project in public/target housing.

Please note that in order to obtain a license as a Lead Supervisor in PA, the state requires one year of experience as a certified lead-based paint abatement worker; or at least two years of experience in a related field (e.g. lead, asbestos or environmental remediation work) or in the building trades as per EPA Regulation 40 CFR 745.226.
