Criterion created a bid specification design for the Work Practices and Procedures for the monitoring of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) at Castle Williams on Governor’s Island National Monument. From February through April of 2010, Criterion performed project management, air monitoring, and contractor surveillance during the removal of this hazardous material.
