Cancellation and Substitutions
You may designate another person to take your place at any time. Cancellations of 6 working days or less before the course will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If no notification is received,there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
Criterion reserves the right to cancel any course without advanced notice or to refuse an application for and course due to over-subscription or to circumstances beyond its control or for any other reason.
